Summer Activity Days

Tuesday 11 & Wednesday 12 August 10.30am – 3.30pm • £15 per day for 5 – 12 year olds

Outdoors and around the farm: meet the animals; arts and crafts in the big barn; cooking over a real fire, perhaps some juggling, and more! This is a Lower Shaw Farm Children’s Project Event. Please book in advance.

Activities Week

14 – 21 August • Adult £240 • child £150

This is a perennially popular high-summer week of high action and laid back inaction. But it is always interesting and enjoyable and is geared to the needs of all ages. And it’s one day longer this year!

Mornings are likely to be spent art and crafting it in the big shed, while the afternoons will be filled with games and outings, swimming and walking trips.

Evenings will find us round the campfire, telling tales or reading a good book together, singing songs, and watching stars. And those are only the official bits! The rest is determined by who comes, who connects, and who makes things happen.

The week begins after 5pm on Friday 14th, and ends after breakfast on Friday 21st.

Summer Stretch

– including Yoga, Massage, Shiatsu, Volleyball, Walking, and Singing... and almost anything stretchy that you fancy!
28 – 31 August • £156

This long Bank Holiday weekend is an opportunity to stretch, try new kinds of exercise, play games, have fun, and RELAX.

From yoga and massage in the hayloft, to volleyball in the front garden, table tennis in the barn, Circle Dance in the yard, a walk or run along the Ridgeway, a sauna in the willow dome sweat lodge, or a vocally-challenging sing-song round the campfire, there should be something for anyone and everyone of a positive and physically-active nature.

This is a very long weekend for a very active and very relaxing time!
