Healthy Cooking
7 – 8 November • 10am – 4.00pm Non-residential • £54 per day, £99 for both days with Lower Shaw Farm cooks Andrea, Josie, Claire and Melissa. (Price includes lunch, snacks and afternoon tea. B&B and evening meal available at £30 per night.)
Day 1: Main meals and salads
Day 2: Soups, sweet things, and savoury snacks.
As well as learning how to prepare delicious and nutritious meals, you will also have the opportunity to learn about healthy eating from our nutritional therapist Josie, who will be on hand to answer questions, clear up all the mixed messages and myths about foods and diets, and give advice on different dietary needs.
Christmas Decorations and Small Gifts
Saturday 14 & Sunday 15 November Adult £45 per day • Child £30 per day including lunch
Bed and breakfast available, £25, evening meal/s £7.50. With Mary Maguire, Vicky Hirsch, and Ruth Chivers
Gift-giving can be a delight, and even more so if you make your own. Learn how to make: felted flower brooches, marzipan animals, and lanterns, willow stars and wreaths and more! Start preparing for Christmas with a creative yet relaxing weekend of seasonal arts and crafts under the guidance of skilled craftswomen! Suitable for adults and children age 9 years and up.
Note: Ruth will be teaching willow-work on Saturday only.
Price includes all materials, and lunch.

Circle Dance with Colin & Sue in the Hayloft
24th November • 7.30 to 9 pm • £5 per session
Traditional folk and modern dances, lively and leisurely to bring harmony and healing to mind and body.
No experience or partner needed, all dances carefully taught before we dance them together.
Suitable for beginners and more experienced dancers.
Please wear soft shoes and comfy clothes.
