Therapeutic Yoga can help to address a whole spectrum of ailments, improve pain, aid recovery and injury, increase vitality and enhance overall health as part of a maintenance programme for health and wellbeing. On this course you will be lead through a programme of postures, breathing and relaxation that specifically address back, neck and shoulder problems.
