I have been practising Yoga since 2000 and qualified as a BWY teacher in Dec 2014. My aim is to encourage a thoughtful Yoga practise of postures and a thought-less relaxation and or meditation.

Each monthly session has a seasonal theme completely inspired by nature.

The sessions combine gentle stretching, restorative yoga and breath work with nature inspired guided meditation and visualisation.

Restorative yoga includes the use of bolsters and cushions to ease you into yoga positions. Your body will be fully supported to enable you to focus on deep breathing and tension release.

The ideal way to restore physically, relax mentally and recharge energetically.

Yin yoga works into the fascia (connective tissue that surrounds muscles) and into the joints to increase their range of motion. Postures are floor based and are typically held for 1-5 minutes, but don’t worry they are much softer than general Yoga classes. Benefits of a Yin class can include calmness for mind and body, increased flexibility, stress reduction.
