A weekend of getting to know useful plants, - those that we can safely gather to make great food and drinks along with discovering which wild and garden plants have medicinal properties. There will be illustrated talks, inspiring foraging walks and some home-made herbal cures.
Dr Patrick Harding is an expert who retains enthusiasm in the field of flora and flora. He is the author of numerous books on natural history topics, and a regular broadcaster on radio and television.
