- Farm residents and Nickie Heape
On Saturday, there will be a morning session of Yoga after which, with a picnic lunch, we will head for a walk on the Wiltshire Downs and around Avebury Stone Circle – about 5 miles. When we return to the farm there will be a restorative Yoga class. In the evening, the sauna will be on and there will be a fire in the yard under the stars. On Sunday morning after breakfast, we will go for a walk near to the farm, and return for a final Yoga class, before ending with lunch.
The style of yoga Nickie teaches is fluid, but strong and grounding. We flow through creative sequences led by the breath, and end with a deep relaxation. She also brings Thai massage & Shiatsu into her classes, giving effective hands-on adjustments.
Suitable for beginners and more experienced practitioners of yoga.
Nickie Heape has been practicing yoga for nearly thirty years, and teaching it for seventeen. She is also a runner! You can find out more about her here: yogawithnickie.com
